This is what i did for weights :

Biceps :
Concentration Curls ( 12 Rep x3)
Biceps Curls ( 12 Rep x3)
Hammer Curls (12 Rep x3)
Incline Bicep Curls (12Rep x3)

Triceps :
Lying Triceps Extension ( 6 Rep x3)
Overhead Triceps Extension (6 Rep x3)

Forearms :
Wrist Curls (6 Rep x3)

Chest :
Benchpress with dumb bells ( 6 Reps x3)

Arms shivering after doing all these!!
It is hard work,but it is all worth it!!
